Are items sold on Samantha's Boutique Of Savannah replicas or authentic originals?
I take careful measures to ensure that every item listed for sale is authentic. I am a verified and trusted seller of eBay and they have authenticated many thousands of my bags for my buyers!
What condition are the items in?
I purchase and generally sell new, like new or gently used items. Gently used items have minimal signs of wear. Every item includes a detailed description of its condition and images of any slight flaws or signs of wear. Occasionally, I may list for sale vintage items that have been well loved and it shows. I do not sell items that are damaged beyond regular wear and tear. This includes items with broken hardware, zippers, significant tears or stains.
Are pre-owned items cleaned or reconditioned prior to be listed for sale?
Yes! Leather goods are cleaned and rejuvenated prior to sale which includes lightly heating the item (yes, I gently heat leather items prior to conditioning to assist in the absorption of nourishing oils), conditioning with leather conditioner and cleaning the exterior, and cleaning the interior.
Do items come with original packaging and paperwork?
Items that come with their original boxes, dust bags, authenticity certificates, and manuals will contain the appropriate message in their product descriptions. Every order that ships is presented and packaged to standards that match or exceed luxury retail stores!
Are the images shown on your ebay listings of the actual items listed for sale?
Yes, I take very detailed images of every product that I sell. I do my best to provide images of areas of wear for a pre-owned item.
Do you offer gift cards?
I do not offer gift cards at the moment, but I do occasionally have sales so make sure to check my store often for the best deals.
Can I pay with a money order?
No. I accept all credit cards, Paypal, PayPal Credit, Google Pay, and Apple Pay through eBay. I also accept Venmo payments as well.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes. Now it is required to pay sales tax on all online purchases, if you purchase on eBay. Payments made Venmo are not subject to sales taxes.
Do you offer layaway?
I currently do not offer layaway on my items. I do accept all major credit card payments.

Which shipping service do you use?
I use only UPS for domestic and international shipping. You can choose either UPS Ground (2-7 days), UPS 2nd Day Air (2 days), or UPS Next Day Air (Overnight). For International shipments, I use UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-3 Days) to more than 70 countries outside of the USA.
Is a signature required upon delivery?
In order to help ensure the the safe delivery of your order, the carrier will require a signature upon deliver for all orders.
Do you ship to APO/FPO?
We don't want to forget our friends in the military! Yes, I ship to APO/FPO destinations using USPS Priority mail service.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship my luxury goods worldwide! All international purchases come with international tracking and insurance.
Can you mark an item as a gift or declare for lesser value to save on duties and taxes?
Please note that I am unable to declare items that I sell as a gift or declare a lesser value on the customs form. I would also need to declare the full purchase price of the item to properly insure your package.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund. I do ask that you return the item in the condition you received it and include everything that it came with such as the attached price tag, care card, dust bag, Certificate of Authenticity, etc.
How long does it take to process a return?
Within 1-2 business days upon receiving your returned merchandise, I will issue a refund for the original sales price in the same form as the original payment method.
